🚌 ITINERARY
Times are approximate.
6:45 AM – Central Station pick-up
7:00 AM – Depart Central Station, Sydney
7:45 AM – Parramatta pick-up
8:00 AM – Depart Parramatta
Morning – Marulan comfort stop – approximately 30 minutes
~12:00 PM – Arrive at Floriade
12:00 PM–3:00 PM – 🌷 FLORIADE 2026
Approximately 3 hours to explore the festival, enjoy the spring displays, take photos and have lunch at your own expense.
3:30 PM–5:00 PM – 🛍️ CANBERRA OUTLET
Approximately 1.5 hours for shopping and/or meals at your own expense.
5:00 PM – Depart Canberra Outlet directly for Sydney
~8:00 PM – Parramatta drop-off
~8:45 PM – Central Station final drop-off

The tour goes ahead rain or shine, unless conditions make travel unsafe.
- Strictly no smoking or alcohol inside the vehicle.
- No messy or strong-smelling food inside the vehicle.
- Please arrive early at your selected pick-up point. The vehicle will depart on time.
- Please provide a correct mobile number so we can contact you regarding important tour updates.
👥 MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS
A minimum of 33 participants is required for the tour to proceed.
If the tour is cancelled by PinoyRide Sydney Co. because the minimum number of participants is not reached, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will be notified in advance if the tour is cancelled.
🔄 REFUND, TRANSFER & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Once payment is made, the booking is non-refundable as transport and other arrangements are secured in advance.
If you can no longer join, you may resell or transfer your seat to another person. Please contact us and provide the replacement passenger’s full name.
No rescheduling to another tour date is allowed.
If the tour is cancelled by PinoyRide Sydney Co., a full refund will be issued.

PinoyRide Sydney Co. reserves the right to modify the itinerary, timings, stops or route when necessary due to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, passenger safety or operational reasons.
Participants will be notified of significant changes as soon as reasonably practicable. Passenger safety and the smooth operation of the tour will always be prioritised.
