Shipping & Delivery
Please Note:
The following information applies only to products purchased from this store and does not apply to any of our tour services.
Order Processing Time
Order processing times are separate from shipping times shown at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Final shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery
We use Sendle for most deliveries, which offers 100% carbon-neutral shipping.
For remote areas, we may use Australia Post instead.
Signatures & Authority to Leave
• By default, packages under 1kg will be marked as Authority to Leave (ATL) by Sendle.
• Larger parcels will require a signature on delivery.
• If you prefer ATL, you may request it at checkout.
• BSCS Holdings is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels left without a signature.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
For delivery updates, please refer directly to Sendle or Australia Post, depending on the courier used.
