1. Tour Booking Policy
Cancellations & Reschedules
• All bookings are final and strictly non-refundable.
• You may reschedule once if you contact us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled departure (subject to availability).
• Late arrivals and no-shows will result in automatic forfeiture of your booking. No refunds or credits will be issued.
COVID-19 or Government Disruptions
• If a tour is cancelled due to a government-imposed travel ban or closure, you will receive a credit or option to move your booking to a new date.
• If you are personally affected by illness or close contact rules, our standard cancellation policy still applies.
2. Passenger Eligibility & Fare Policy
• All passengers pay the same fare, regardless of age.
• All ages are welcome. Children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult and may require a pram or child seat.
• Minors under 18 must be travelling with someone aged 18 or older.
3. Departure & Attendance
• Passengers must arrive at least 20 minutes before departure.
• Tours will depart on time. If you are late, the tour will proceed without you and your booking will be forfeited.
• If minimum passenger numbers are not met, we may cancel the tour and offer a full refund or alternative date.
4. Seating Policy
• Seating is assigned based on payment order (first paid, first seated towards the front).
• We do not accept seating requests, including for seniors or families with infants.
• By booking, you agree you are physically fit and able to join the tour without requiring special accommodation.
5. Food & Beverages
• Cold snacks and drinks (non-glass containers) are welcome.
• Hot food and hot drinks are not permitted due to odours and spill risks.
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited on all tours.
6. Passenger Conduct
• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe behaviour.
• Passengers showing signs of intoxication or causing disturbance may be removed from the tour without refund.
7. Luggage Guidelines
• Each passenger may bring one suitcase (max 7kg) and one small carry-on.
• Oversized items will be stored underneath the coach.
• We are not liable for any lost or damaged items. Travel insurance is recommended.
8. Snow Tour Terms – 2 Days / 1 Night
Snow Tour Cancellation Fees
• 100% fee if cancelled 7 days or less before departure.
• No refunds for personal issues, weather, illness or travel delays.
Weather & Conditions
• Snow tours run in various conditions, but routes may change due to weather or safety.
• We cannot guarantee snow coverage or weather on the day.
Luggage for Snow Tours
• One suitcase and one carry-on per person. Snow gear welcome, but carried at your own risk.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended.
Smoking & Alcohol
• Smoking is not permitted on buses or at pickup points.
• Alcohol is not allowed on board. Intoxicated passengers will be denied travel with no refund.
