Important Reminders and Policies:
• Activity tickets must be purchased at the site – not included in the tour cost.
• No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the tour.
• Rebooking is not allowed within 7 days of your scheduled tour date.
• Please be on time. We cannot wait beyond the scheduled departure time.
• Our tours run up to 12 hours from pick-up to drop-off. The itinerary is fixed and changes are not allowed unless pre-approved by the operator.
• Drivers follow tour operator instructions, not passenger requests.
• Personal travel insurance is recommended.
• You are responsible for your own belongings and fitness to travel.
• Please send a message for your pick-up preference (if options are offered).
• If the weather is bad or we don’t reach the minimum number of passengers, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. You’ll be notified two days before the trip and offered a full refund or a new date.
• Some activities depend on weather. If cancelled, refunds must be requested directly from the activity provider — this is why we recommend paying onsite.
• All children must be with a paying adult and must have their own seat. Same price applies.
• This tour involves walking and outdoor activities. Please ensure you’re fit to travel.
• Pick-up location must be confirmed when booking. Changes on the day may not be accepted.
