💰 Tour Price & Payment Options

Direct Payment (PayID or Bank Transfer) – $80 per person (same rate for all ages).
Contact us to receive our payment details (0452 581 181). Please include your tour date in the payment reference and send a screenshot of your payment for confirmation.

PayPal, Credit Card, or Afterpay – A surcharge applies to cover payment processing costs.
This surcharge is charged in accordance with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines and reflects only our actual cost of acceptance for these payment types. Please proceed to checkout on our website for these methods.
All prices apply equally to all ages unless otherwise specified.

🚌 Pick-up & Return
- 7:45 AM – Parramatta (outside Max Brenner, 1–3 Fitzwilliam Street)
- Estimated return: around 7:00 PM
Note: A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to proceed. If the tour is cancelled due to low numbers, a full refund will be issued.

📌 Important Notes & Policies
- Afterpay available (surcharge applies)
- Children (babies to 12 yrs) must be paid and accompanied by a guardian – same tour fee applies
- No reserved seating
- This is a day tour only – no overnight accommodation
- Tour goes ahead rain or shine
- Strictly no smoking, alcohol, or messy food inside the vehicle
- Please arrive early at the pick-up point – the vehicle departs on time
- At least 7 participants are required for the tour to proceed. If cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your bank account. You will be notified in advance if this occurs.
🔄 Refund Policy
- Once payment is made, it is non-refundable (this helps us secure transport and bookings in advance).
- If you can no longer join, you may resell or transfer your seat to someone else — just let us know their full name.
- No rescheduling is allowed. This is the final Floriade tour date.
