ABOUT THE TOUR

A fun and memorable snow play experience in Perisher with a 1-night stay in Canberra so everyone is well-rested before our snow adventure. Sleeping on the bus is a nightmare for many — lack of sleep means people don’t fully enjoy their snow time because they are too tired and sleepy. Best deal for your money! You don’t want to be on buses with drivers nearly falling asleep on the road and with kangaroos as a safety risk at night. Book this tour! Open to all ages (full tour fee applies regardless of age). Perfect for families, barkada (friends), hardworking professionals looking for a break, seniors and new families with babies.

⚠️ Please note: Each tour requires a minimum number of bookings to proceed. If this number is not reached, the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled. Full refunds will be offered ONLY if we cancel.

ITINERARY

Day 1 – Canberra Overnight Stay

Pick-up Location: Kiss and Ride Bay, Central Station (City Pickup only)

• Time: Please arrive 5:15PM on Saturday for loading; 

• Departure: 5:30PM sharp (please check train schedules for delays)

• On the bus: No toilet onboard, but we’ll stop in Marulan for a quick toilet break.

Accommodation:

• Dormitory check-in around 9:30 PM

• • Dormitory accommodation: Bunk rooms with 4 or 8 beds. Rooms are mixed gender. Your group will be placed together in the same room where possible, depending on room capacity.
    If you are not comfortable sharing, you may request a private room through us for an additional $200 per couple.
    Do not book directly with the hostel — this is not permitted as we have a group booking agreement in place.
  • Continental breakfast is provided on Day 2.

   

Day 2 – Perisher Snow Adventure

• 5:30AM: Continental breakfast: Continental breakfast usually includes light, cold items such as bread, butter, jam, cereal, milk and juice. It DOES NOT include hot meals like bacon, eggs, rice or noodles. Coffee or tea may be available but choices are generally basic. It’s a simple, self-serve breakfast commonly offered in hotels to give you a quick start to your day.

• 6:00 AM: Depart dormitory

• Snow gear rental:
  Snow jackets, water proof pants required if tobogganing and snow boots can be rented at discounted rates directly from the store in Cooma. These items must be paid for in-store (cash or card) and cannot be pre-booked.

  Toboggans:
  Toboggans are the only items that must be prepaid to the tour operator via PayID ($15) as our team needs to allocate space and manage loading per bus. This ensures all toboggans are accounted for, safely handled, and available when you arrive at the snow site.
  Instructions for payment and cut-off time will be shared in the group chat prior to the tour so please wait to be added in the group chat.

At Perisher (arrival at 10:30AM

• FOR SKIING AND SNOW BOARDING: Chairlift tickets must be booked on Perisher’s website.

• Do not rent skis/snowboards in Cooma. Hire at their Smiggin Holes branch for proper fitting.

Return Schedule:

• 2:30 PM: Depart Perisher

• 5:30 PM: Snow gear return in Cooma

• 6:45 PM: Dinner stop (30 mins)

• 10:00 PM: Arrival at Central Station

Refund Policy

ALL BOOKINGS are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Bookings may be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to departure, subject to availability.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows once the tour has commenced.

• If you become unwell (including COVID-19) and are unable to attend, refunds are not available, but rescheduling may be offered if notice is given at least 7 days before the tour and subject to availability.

• We require a minimum number of participants for the tour to proceed. If this number is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In that case, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• Please understand that we do not provide refunds for illness or change of mind, as all bookings involve upfront payments to secure services for all participants.

• If you’re not comfortable with these conditions, we kindly ask that you do not proceed with the booking.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or alternative remedy if we cancel the tour or fail to provide the service as described.
These policies are in place to protect our operations and ensure fair service to all our customers.

Seating & Child Policy

• We welcome children under the age of 3. For safety reasons, children of any age are not allowed to sit on laps and must have their own seat. We enforce a strict one-person, one-paid-seat policy. You must pay for children and babies in full amount.

• Payment is required per seat and per person, regardless of age.

• Teens under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Full payment is required upon booking to secure your spot.

• Seats are limited and assigned on a first-paid, first-seated basis. 

• You will be added to a group chat via Messenger for tour updates and seating arrangements. We do not accept seating requests. No exemptions. 

Important:

By joining this tour, you acknowledge that you are fit to travel and agree to the seating arrangement based strictly on the payment date. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with this arrangement.

You will receive a message via SMS or Messenger once the group chat is created (usually on the Tuesday of your tour week).

Child Safety

Parents or guardians must provide an appropriate child seat to ensure their child’s comfort and safety during the trip.

Travel Considerations

For the comfort of all passengers, we ask that children joining the tour can manage long-distance travel calmly.
We do not recommend this tour for children who may have difficulty with extended travel, as excessive noise or restlessness could disturb fellow passengers.

Insurance

Passengers are responsible for their own personal travel insurance.
Our vehicles are fully insured; however, individual insurance is not included in the tour package.

Itinerary Flexibility & Safety Disclaimer

We reserve the right to modify or alter the itinerary at any time if necessary for passenger safety, due to weather conditions, road closures, or operational reasons. We will notify all affected participants as soon as practicable and always act in the best interests of both our guests and business operations.
