During winter, snowfall is possible depending on the weather, but it is not guaranteed. We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast. The tour will proceed in all weather conditions unless extreme weather occurs and a government warning is issued. A minimum number of participants is required for the tour to go ahead. If this number is not met, we will offer a refund or reschedule your booking.

• Blue Mountains – Echo Point / Three Sisters Lookout – Quick scenic stop for photos and fresh air
• Mayfield Garden – Enjoy Australia’s largest privately-owned cool climate garden
• Autumn and Winter Season Colours – Experience the seasonal beauty of trees in full colour
• Maze & Waterfall – Get lost in the hedge maze, this is super fun!!! Don’t forget to visit the picturesque falls!
• Picnic Lunch; Bring your own lunch and enjoy it in the gardens or Dine at the Cafe
Itinerary: (time maybe adjusted but the tour operators will inform the tour participants in advance)
• 7:30 AM – Pick-up at Central Station
• 8:15 AM – Pick-up at Parramatta (Kiss and Ride)
• 9:45 AM – Blue Mountains Three Sisters Lookout (30-minute stop)
• 12:00 PM – Arrival at Mayfield Garden (entry tickets to be paid onsite)
• 3:30 PM – Depart Mayfield Garden
• 6:30–7:00 PM – Return to Parramatta
• 7:30 PM – Return to Central Station

• Entry tickets must be purchased at the gate — not included in the tour fee.
• No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the tour.
• Rebooking is not allowed within 7 days of your scheduled tour date.
• Please be on time. Late arrivals will miss the bus — no exceptions.
• Tour runs up to 12 hours from pick-up to drop-off.
• The itinerary is fixed. Changes are not allowed unless approved by the operator.
• Drivers follow the instructions of the tour operator, not the passengers.
• Personal travel insurance is recommended.
• You are responsible for your own belongings and fitness to travel.
• All children must be with a paying adult and must have their own seat. Same price applies.
• Weather or low passenger numbers may lead to cancellation. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund or be offered a new date.
• You’ll be added to a group chat the day before the tour for updates.
• No seating arrangement for this tour. Please note that we do not accept seating requests.
