1. Booking Confirmation
The transfer is only confirmed once full payment has been received and booking confirmation has been issued by PinoyRide Sydney Co.
2. Passenger & Luggage
This booking is specifically quoted for 1 passenger travelling with 1 small carry-on bag. Please advise us before booking if there will be additional passengers, checked luggage, oversized luggage, prams, wheelchairs or other large items, as a larger vehicle and/or additional charges may apply.
3. Airport Pick-up
The passenger must provide the correct flight number and arrival details. Pick-up arrangements and the designated meeting point will be communicated prior to the transfer.
4. Flight Delays
Please notify us as soon as possible of any known flight changes, cancellations or significant delays. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to the arrival time; however, substantial delays may be subject to driver availability and additional waiting charges.
5. Waiting Time
Reasonable waiting time following the scheduled or updated flight arrival time is included. Excessive waiting caused by circumstances outside the driver’s control may incur an additional charge.
6. Changes to the Booking
Any request to change the date, time, pick-up location, destination, passenger number or luggage requirements is subject to availability and may result in a revised fare.
7. Cancellation
Once the transfer has been confirmed, cancellations and refund requests are subject to PinoyRide Sydney Co.’s booking and cancellation policy. Payment processing or third-party service fees charged by PayPal or Afterpay may be non-refundable where applicable.
8. No-Show
If the passenger does not arrive at the agreed meeting point and cannot be contacted within the reasonable waiting period, the booking may be considered a no-show and the transfer fee may be forfeited.
9. Traffic & Travel Time
Travel times are estimates only. PinoyRide Sydney Co. is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, weather, airport congestion or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, remaining contactable on the day of travel and being ready at the agreed meeting point.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By completing payment, the passenger confirms that they have reviewed and accepted these booking terms and conditions.
