SAME RATE FOR ALL AGES, including babies and toddlers, as they require their own seat on the bus. If travelling with a baby who needs a capsule, you must bring your own baby capsule.

When paying, please include the tour date and your mobile number in the order notes. If paying separately but want to be on the same bus, include your group name.

Note: We do not offer private or customised snow tours for groups smaller than 30 people.

⚠️ Minimum Numbers

Each tour requires a minimum number of bookings to proceed. If minimum numbers are not reached, the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled. In the event that we cancel the tour, a full refund will be provided.

ABOUT THE TOUR

For those wanting a short yet exciting winter getaway, the Thredbo Snow Tour with 1-night accommodation in Canberra Centre offers the perfect mix of adventure and comfort.

We depart Friday at 5:30 PM from Sydney Central Station and head straight to our Canberra accommodation, giving you a proper night’s rest before snow day. Enjoy newly refurbished, clean and comfortable rooms in a central location.

Pick-Up and Drop-Off

• Pick-Up: Friday, 5:30 PM – Central Station Kiss and Ride Bay

• Drop-Off: Saturday, approx. 11:00 PM – Central Station

Saturday Snow Day Itinerary

• 5:30 AM – Continental breakfast at the hotel

• 6:00 AM – Depart hotel

• 8:00 AM – Arrive in Cooma for discounted snow clothing and shoe hire (own expense)

• 10:30 AM – Arrive in Thredbo for snow fun until 3PM

All snow activities are at your own expense. You may choose to enjoy Thredbo’s famous Alpine Coaster and Gondola. For safety and quality, toboggans are not allowed.

🎟 Lift tickets, gondola passes, and Alpine Coaster tickets must be pre-booked directly through Thredbo’s website. Limited tickets may be available for purchase on the day, however availability is not guaranteed.

We depart Thredbo at 3:00PM, return snow gear in Cooma, then stop for dinner and a toilet break at around 6:45 PM (30 min stop). We expect to be back at Sydney Central Station around 11:00 PM on Saturday.

Shared Dormitory Accommodation

This tour includes 1-night accommodation in shared dormitory-style rooms. Rooms are shared with other Pinoy Ride guests, with up to 8 guests per room using single bunk beds.

If you are travelling with family or friends, we will do our best to place your group together, subject to room availability.

If you prefer more privacy, a private room for 2 adults is available for an additional $220 per room on top of the tour price, subject to availability.

Please note that the private room upgrade must be paid via PayID or bank transfer only. Payment via Afterpay, PayPal, or credit card is not available for this upgrade.

The dormitory accommodation is clean, comfortable and designed to provide guests with a good night’s rest before the early departure to Thredbo the following morning.

Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy: All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to departure.

Child Policy: One-person, one-paid-seat policy applies regardless of age. Children cannot sit on laps. Babies and toddlers require a paid seat and appropriate child restraint (provided by parent/guardian). Teens under 18 must travel with a responsible adult.

Seating: Seats are assigned on a first-paid basis. We do not accept seating requests.

Travel Considerations: Children should be able to manage long-distance travel calmly. Excessive noise or restlessness may disturb other guests.

Insurance: Passengers are responsible for their own travel insurance. Vehicles are fully insured but personal insurance is not included.

Itinerary Changes: We may alter the itinerary if needed for safety, weather, or operational reasons. Guests will be informed as soon as possible.

Luggage Allowance: Due to limited luggage space on the bus, please bring only essential items for the trip. We recommend one small to medium suitcase or duffle bag per person, plus one small personal bag/backpack.

Snow gear rental items will be accommodated separately during the tour. Please avoid bringing oversized luggage where possible.

Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable, including cancellations due to illness, injury, medical reasons, personal circumstances, work commitments, weather concerns, or change of mind. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.

Any refund approved by PinoyRide Sydney is provided solely at our discretion as a one-off gesture of goodwill and does not create a precedent or alter our standard cancellation policy.

If a refund is approved, the following deductions will apply:

Website Payments (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Afterpay and other online payment methods)
A 10% Administration & Payment Processing Fee will be deducted from the approved refund. This fee covers non-refundable payment gateway charges imposed by the payment provider, together with the administrative costs, staff time, and resources associated with processing the original booking and the refund. As these costs have already been incurred and are not recoverable, they will be borne by the customer.

PayID & Bank Transfer Payments
As these payment methods do not incur payment gateway fees, any approved refund will be subject to a 4% Administration Fee to cover the administrative costs, staff time, and resources associated with processing the original booking and the refund.

The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method or, where applicable, the nominated bank account. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be completed. This timeframe includes our internal processing, payment provider processing (where applicable), and your financial institution’s processing time.

This policy applies only where a refund has been approved and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

⚖️ IMPORTANT TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

By joining this tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all information, policies and conditions provided by PinoyRide Sydney Co. prior to departure.

Participation in this tour is entirely voluntary. You are responsible for ensuring that this tour is suitable for your age, health, fitness and personal circumstances.

If you booked on behalf of other participants, it is your responsibility to ensure they have read and understood all tour information, policies and conditions before travelling.

⚠️ ITINERARY, WEATHER & TRAVEL CONDITIONS

All itineraries, departure times, arrival times and scheduled activities are approximate only.

They may change without notice due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
  • Snow conditions
  • Road closures
  • Traffic delays
  • Accidents
  • Chain fitting requirements
  • Mechanical issues
  • Government or National Park directions
  • Emergency situations
  • Operational requirements

These circumstances do not entitle passengers to a refund, credit or compensation.

The tour will proceed rain, snow or shine unless cancelled by PinoyRide Sydney Co.

❄️ SNOW CONDITIONS

Snow is a natural weather event and conditions change daily.

PinoyRide Sydney Co. cannot guarantee:

• Snowfall during your tour
  • Fresh snowfall
  • Snow depth or quality
  • Weather conditions
  • Access to particular snow areas

Passengers accept that snow conditions are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds, credits or compensation.

⛑️ PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

Participants are responsible for:

• Wearing suitable clothing and footwear for alpine conditions.
  • Following all instructions given by the Tour Leader, bus driver and venue staff.
  • Taking reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.
  • Bringing sufficient medication and personal items for the duration of the tour.

Snow, ice and alpine environments can be slippery and unpredictable. Participation in snow activities is at your own risk.

🏔️ THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Accommodation, snow gear rental, ski lifts, chairlifts, shuttle buses, restaurants, attractions and other facilities are operated by independent third parties.

PinoyRide Sydney Co. is not responsible for:

• Pricing
  • Availability
  • Delays
  • Closures
  • Cancellations
  • Equipment quality
  • Service

provided by third parties.

Any issues relating to these services must be addressed directly with the relevant provider.

🎒 PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Passengers are solely responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

PinoyRide Sydney Co. accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, including luggage, phones, wallets, cameras, jewellery, snow equipment or other valuables.

Please do not leave valuables unattended.

🚍 PASSENGER CONDUCT

For the comfort and safety of everyone, PinoyRide Sydney Co. reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any passenger whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, disruptive, threatening or in breach of these tour rules.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Smoking or vaping on the bus
  • Excessive intoxication
  • Illegal drug use
  • Violence or threatening behaviour
  • Damage to property
  • Refusal to follow instructions
  • Behaviour that significantly affects the comfort or safety of other passengers

Removal from the tour will be at the passenger’s own expense and no refund will be provided.

🚨 EMERGENCIES

In the event of an emergency, participants must immediately follow instructions given by emergency services, the Tour Leader, bus driver or accommodation staff.

Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the tour.

📸 PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Photos and videos may be taken throughout the tour for marketing and promotional purposes.

By participating, you consent to being included in these images unless you notify the Tour Leader before departure.

⚖️ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PinoyRide Sydney Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, inconvenience, delay, disappointment, injury or expense arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

It is each participant’s responsibility to read all information provided before travel. Failure to read or understand the information provided does not alter these terms and conditions or create an entitlement to a refund, credit or compensation, except where required by law.
