About the Tour
For those who crave a short yet fun winter getaway, our One-Day Thredbo Snow Tour offers a perfect mix of adventure and comfort. Depart from either Central Station or Parramatta Station on an overnight journey into the heart of the Snowy Mountains. Relax in a modern coach that lets you catch some well-deserved rest before the day’s excitement unfolds.
Please note: Our coaches do not have onboard toilets so we will make scheduled stops along the way – including a midnight snack and toilet break in Marulan.
Your day begins with an early arrival in Cooma where you can secure special rates on snow jackets, pants and shoes. Breakfast is not provided (please arrange your own).
Please note: Equipment hire cannot be pre-booked and must be paid directly at the store (cash or card).
Upon reaching Thredbo, enjoy 7 hours of snow fun time. Whether you prefer skiing, snowboarding or riding the gondola for a scenic view, there’s fun for all ages. You may also choose to experience Thredbo’s famous Alpine Coaster. For your safety and to maintain the quality of the experience, Thredbo does not allow the use of toboggans or other snow sliding equipment.
Important: Lift tickets, gondola passes and Alpine Coaster tickets must be pre-booked directly through Thredbo’s website. Although these may be available on the day, availability is not guaranteed.
We depart on our return journey at 3:00 PM from Thredbo stopping in Cooma for return of snow gear, dinner and a toilet break around 6:45 PM (1 hour) then we will be on our way back to Sydney arriving around 11:00 PM.
Pick up and Drop off Details
We offer City and Parramatta pickups only for this tour:

All passengers will return to Central Station only. No Parramatta drop-off to ensure we make it in time for the 12 midnight train.

Meals are NOT included in this package. However, there is a wide variety of food options available at Thredbo.
Terms and Conditions
Refund Policy: All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days PRIOR to departure. No refund or credit will be issued for late arrivals and/or no-shows once the tour starts. If you have contracted COVID-19 or any sickness, no refunds or travel credit will be provided. Rescheduling is only permitted 7 days PRIOR to departure (subject to tour availability).
Seating & Child Policy:
We welcome children under the age of 3. For safety reasons, children of any age are not allowed to sit on laps and must have their own seat.
We follow a strict one-person, one-paid-seat policy. Payment is required per seat and per person, regardless of age.
Teens under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Full payment is required upon booking to secure your spot. Seats are limited and assigned on a first-paid, first-seated basis.
Once booked, you will be added to a group chat via Messenger to receive updates and seating arrangement information. We do not accept seating requests.
Important: By joining this tour, you acknowledge that you are fit to travel and agree to the seating arrangement based strictly on the payment date. Do not book if you are not comfortable with this arrangement, as we do not welcome customers who do not abide by these rules – they are in place to ensure safety, comfort and fairness for all.
Child Safety: Parents or guardians are responsible for providing an appropriate child seat to ensure their child’s comfort and safety during the trip.
Travel Considerations: For the comfort of all passengers, we kindly ask that children joining the tour are able to manage long-distance travel calmly. We do not recommend the tour for children who may have difficulty with extended travel, as excessive noise or restlessness may disturb other guests.
Insurance: Passengers are responsible for their own personal travel insurance. Our vehicles are fully insured, but individual insurance is not included in the tour package.
