💰 Tour Price & Payment Options
- Direct Payment (PayID or Bank Transfer) – $80 per person (same rate for all ages). Contact us to receive our payment details (0452581181). Please include your tour date in the payment reference and send a screenshot of your payment for confirmation.
- PayPal, Credit Cards or Afterpay – A surcharge applies to cover the cost of payment processing. This surcharge is charged in accordance with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines and reflects only our actual cost of acceptance for these payment types. Please proceed to checkout on our website for these payment methods.
All prices apply equally to all ages unless otherwise specified.

- Saturday 13 September – Opening Day

🕖 Pickup Schedule
- 7:00 AM – Sydney Central Station (Kiss & Ride Bay, Pitt Street side)
- 7:45 AM – Parramatta (outside Max Brenner, 1–3 Fitzwilliam Street)
⏰ Estimated return to Sydney is around 8:30 PM.
NOTE: A minimum number of tour joiners is required for the tour to proceed. If the tour is cancelled due to low numbers, a full refund will be issued.

📌 Important Notes & Policies
- Afterpay available (7% surcharge applies)
- Children (baby to 12 yrs) must be paid and accompanied by a guardian; Same tour fee applies.
- No reserved seats, seating is according to payment date
- This is a day tour only – no overnight accommodation
- Tour goes ahead rain or shine
Refund & Reschedule Policy
• Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. This helps us secure transport and bookings in advance.
• If you can no longer join, you are allowed to resell or transfer your seat to someone else — just let us know their full name.
• Rescheduling to another date is only allowed if you notify us at least 7 days before your original tour date. After that, all bookings are final.
- Strictly no smoking, alcohol or messy food on the bus
- Please arrive early at pickup points – the bus leaves on time
- Tour requires minimum 35 participants to proceed. Full refund if cancelled by PinoyRide.

We reserve the right to modify or alter the itinerary at any time if necessary for passenger safety, due to weather conditions, road closures, or operational reasons. We will notify all affected participants as soon as practicable and always act in the best interests of both our guests and business operations.
